Creative Automation has specialized in the design and manufacture of packaging machinery for over a quarter century. Our standard equipment lines include leaflet Inserters, Outserters, Pick and Place Feeders, and Vertical Form Fill Seal machines. We also have extensive experience in the Custom Built equipment area. Major industries we service include Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, Food, Cosmetic and Packaging.

Our design philosophy is to produce equipment that is mechanically robust for longevity, simple to understand and operate while incorporating the latest advances in electronics and motion control automation. By following these design criteria, we have created reliable equipment that requires a minimal amount of maintenance.

Incorporated in 1975, Creative Automation philosophy has been to encourage employee ownership. At this date, every employee is also a significant stockholder in the corporation. It is our belief that employee ownership manifests itself in all aspects of quality, design and production.

Our company began designing and building vacuum Pick and Place Feeders. These feeders can be built as stand-alone units or as part of a turn- key system. In the 1980's we built our first Leaflet Inserter and Outserter for the Pharmaceutical Market. These machines have become an Industry standard.

Most recently we have expanded our position in the Packaging Industry by building Vertical-Form-Fill-Seal machines. Our drawbar style machine offers superior-sealing characteristics compared to the rotary technology currently in use for production of multiple lane packages. Superior sealing characteristics allow the utilization of less expensive films while maintaining excellent quality control.

Throughout our existence we have provided many custom "one of a kind" machines. Finding Creative solutions for our ever-expanding customer base is one reason for our many repeat customers. We provide support and service to our customers through our network of distributors, manufacturer representatives and our in house staff.
