Pick and Place Feeders

Our Pick and Place Feeders are designed to feed a wide variety of items such as booklets, cards, coupons, labels and premiums of all kinds. They can be easily attached onto conveyors and/or packaging machines and integrated into packaging lines.

The pick and place feeders use a reciprocating motion design and work best when operated at speeds of 50 cycles per minute or less. High outputs are achieved by adding additional hoppers to the machine; a six up machine cycling at 50 CPM feeds 300 units per minute. Due to the low cost of additional hoppers collating can be accomplished cost effectively.

The basic design can be modified to meet specific feeding requirements. Single and multi-hopper units are available.

General Specifications:

• All fabricated parts are made of stainless steel or anodized aluminum. All hardware is stainless steel.

• All controls, valves, regulators and switches are provided.

• Standard feeders are equipped with an air cylinder drive.

• An adjustable floor stand is provided. Floor stands are provided with leveling pads or wheels as required.

• Plexi-glass safety guards.

• Cycling speeds variable up to 50 cycles per minute. (Production speed depends upon feeding characteristics of the products.)
